When your order is placed, we'll send you an email to get a better idea of what your envisioned jersey is!
We'll use that email to correspond with you to confirm the design including fonts, patterns, and other small details.
- Each order has 2 free iterations/changes to the original submitted design
- On the 3rd iteration and more, the eligible refund amount will be reduced (See 'Order Cancellation')

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on items that are already produced :(
You maybe eligible for different refund rates depending on when your order is cancelled (See 'Order Cancellation')

- Before 2 design iterations - 100%
- After 2 design iterations - 70%
- After finalized design and before production has started - 50%
- After production has started - 0%
